RETURN POLICY If you need to return merchandise, please include a copy of your original invoice. Contact us by email to let us know what you are returning, the reason for the return, and what you would like for us to do. Please note: We are unable to accept returns on books and videos unless they are damaged, in which case we will replace them with the same item.. 1. We will accept returns on any item, for any reason, provided you have requested a return of merchandise notice. This must be placed by email or phone with-in 48 hours of your receipt of the merchandise. 2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, in order to receive a cash refund. 3. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item (s) to us along with the original shipping charges, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. 4. In order to prevent fraud, we are unable to issue refunds on orders that have been reported missing or stolen before delivery, we can only replace these orders at no charge. DAMAGES, SHORTAGES, MISSING ORDERS AND D.O.A.s In case of damage to your order, contact the delivering carrier immediately and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 48 hours from time of delivery. Live insects that arrive dead (D.O.A.) must be reported to us with-in 24 hours of delivery. Reports can be made by phone or email. If your order, or items in your order, do not arrive to you, and tracking states that the order was delivered, contact us immediately to report the missing merchandise. We will then file a claim with the carrier, and send a replacements shipment. We are unable to issue refunds for orders reported missing after delivery, we can only replace the missing merchandise. SALES TAX Virginia residents ONLY will have state sales tax added to their invoice in effect for ship-to address.
